Every person and each situation is unique, and we truly center our approach around that fact. The counselors at our practice are committed to tailoring their services to fit your needs. If something isn't working we adapt so we can find exactly what you need. For your convenience, we offer appointments seven days a week and have morning, afternoon, and evening availability.

We think it's important to use research-driven and results-based techniques. There are literally hundreds of documented types of therapy. Some work and a lot of them--well, they don't. The majority of our counselors have advanced training in certain treatment modalities that allows them to provide more specialized service in key areas. We want to see you better, not wasting your time and money. Techniques that are outdated, have no valid basis, or are counterproductive aren't used by us.

You won't get lost in the shuffle around here.
